Michael Elson is a top visual effects producer who has worked on dozens of great films, including Harry Potter, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Sunshine, Hallam Foe, Batman Begins, and Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit. Students from Stokesley School talk to Michael about how computer technology is used in films to create incredible visual effects. Here he shows what scenes from Harry Potter looked like before he applied his technical magic, and reveals the visual effects used by other filmmakers that he really admires.
