Synopsis

Hong Kong movie legend Stephen Chow is famous for combining kung fu and comedy in his brilliantly entertaining films Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu Hustle. CJ7 adds sci-fi to the mix with a story about construction worker Chow Ti who mistakes a mysterious orb he finds in a rubbish tip for the new toy his son's been coveting. Soon, some very strange things are starting to happen - could the orb be at the bottom of it?

What our educators say

"Some of them saw a clip from Wakolda (The German Doctor) on TV recently and really wanted to watch it. So I thought I’d take a chance, not expecting them to watch the whole film but the majority were absolutely gripped. "
