Synopsis

Don't get him wet, keep him out of bright light, and never feed him after midnight. Those are the rules given to Billy when he becomes the owner of a most unusual pet, a cute and cuddly "mogwai" called Gizmo. But soon Billy's broken the rules and finds his quiet life in a small town is going haywire, because now there's a growing number of mean, green gremlins out to create mayhem - and Christmas is just around the corner. Will Billy be able to stop them and save the town? This hilarious black comedy has fun special effects and is a brilliant spoof of B-movie monster horrors.

What our educators say

"Some of them saw a clip from Wakolda (The German Doctor) on TV recently and really wanted to watch it. So I thought I’d take a chance, not expecting them to watch the whole film but the majority were absolutely gripped. "
