Quickfire Questions: Before How to Train Your Dragon starts, the audience gets to answer questions about how they watch films, with everyone voting live together. It's run by Into Film, and it helps us to show how important films are in young people's lives - plus, it's a great way to kick off the screening!

Based on first adventure in the hugely popular animation and book franchise of the same name, this live-action reimagining introduces us to the isle of Berk, home to a ferocious Viking tribe who have spent the last few hundred years battling the dragons who live nearby. Hiccup, an inventive young Viking and son of Stoick, Berk's short-tempered chieftain, is desperate to become a warrior like his father. However, after unexpectedly capturing a fearsome dragon known to the tribe as ‘the Night Fury', Hiccup realises he is not a killer and instead befriends the dragon, naming it Toothless. As the two unlikely companions begin to form a strong bond of friendship, despite Hiccup's dragon slaying training in full swing and his crush Astrid getting more suspicious, the young Viking soon stumbles across a secret which might hold the key to humans and dragons forming a new future together. The new live-action dragons bring a peril and intensity that differs from the original animations whilst retaining its core messages of friendship, anti-prejudice and teamwork.
