This year's three Ones to Watch winners received a once-in-a-lifetime surprise, as they saw themselves and their work celebrated on screens larger than a tennis court as part of their Into Film Awards triumph.

The Ones to Watch category spotlights those young people who are believed to have what it takes be to be the future of the UK screen industry. Shortly before they were officially recognised as Ones to Watch at the Into Film Awards ceremony, Araminta (aged 17) from North Wales, Rosie (17) from Brighton, and Noah Berridge (19) from Bristol got to see their filmmaking achievements displayed on Piccadilly Lights - Europe's largest advertising screen, and situated in one of the world's most iconic locations.

The trio were accompanied by one of the most influential producers in the film industry, EON Productions' Barbara Broccoli, who is also a member of Into Film's Board of Trustees, and who endorsed the three talented young filmmakers that each look set for a bright future in the UK film industry.

Each Ones to Watch winner will also receive a package of inspiring screen career opportunities and a cash prize of £1,000.

The Into Film Awards ceremony took place around the corner from Piccadilly Lights, at the iconic ODEON Luxe Leicester Square. As well as our three Ones to Watch, many more young filmmakers were recognised across 13 categories, with stars and industry talent on hand to help present the awards including Hayley Atwell, Jason Isaacs, Bella Ramsey, David Jonsson and Jodie Whittaker.

Barbara Broccoli, Film and Theatre Producer, EON Productions, commented:

"I'm incredibly proud of this year's Into Film Awards Ones to Watch winners: Rosie from Brighton, Noah from Bristol and Araminta from Conway, Wales. It was so exciting for us all to celebrate their fantastic work today here on London's Piccadilly Lights.

The Into Film Awards is the UK's most prestigious showcase for young filmmakers. Each year, we receive hundreds of brilliant entries and for every young filmmaker walking the red carpet today, the Awards will be a life-changing experience.

We are very appreciative of the government support of the screen industries and cultural enrichment in schools throughout the UK."

Fiona Evans, CEO of Into Film, added:

"The Into Film Awards is a celebration of talented, creative and hardworking young filmmakers that can be found everywhere across the UK. Every year, we are inspired by how young people from primary, secondary schools and colleges tell their stories through film, and how their experience of filmmaking helps to builds their confidence, communication and collaboration skills. The Government's renewed commitment to enrichment and creativity in schools is an enormously positive step for young people. Access to creative and cultural experiences should not be for a lucky minority, but a fundamental part of every child's education. Film is uniquely placed to enrich and support media literacy, critical thinking and wellbeing, in ways that are engaging and helps them better understand others and the world around them.

The incredible young people and educators recognised at this year's Awards show what can be achieved when schools, creative industries, charities and government all work together to give children the opportunity to express themselves. We look forward to continuing to work with our partners to ensure that the enrichment benefits of film and filmmaking reach even more young people."
