The chief wizard of Fairy Tale Land goes on holiday, and while he's away, Frieda the wicked stepmother takes the opportunity to let all sorts of unpleasant folk into the kingdom. These bad guys then make all the classic fairy tales go wrong, so that when the prince kisses Sleeping Beauty, he dozes off too, and Rapunzel's rescuer pulls her out of the tower by her hair. Can everything be put right again? Or will there be new happy endings for old stories?
