Based on the HG Wells novel, The Time Machine is a classic story of time travel as we follow George, a young scientist living in 1899, and his home-built machine set to propel him through the years. He travels through both world wars of the 20th century, and is appalled by the violence, only to turn up in 1960s London and a nuclear explosion. Next stop year 802,701 and a world of supposed perfection, which George soon discovers is not without its own faults.
Exciting adventure in which a professor who finds a clue in volcanic rock believes he can reach the Earth's centre, but is chased by a ruthless rival.
