Charting the professional life of legendary Brazilian Formula One racing car driver Ayrton Senna, who won the F1 world championship three times before his tragic death in a track accident aged just 34. The film spans the decade from his entry into Formula One in the 1980s to his becoming a revered global superstar, and zeroes in on his intense, bitter rivalry with French world champ Alain Prost. It's pieced together entirely from old news, TV and home video footage, with plenty of speeding driver perspective shots from in-car minicams sure to have you gripping your seat.
Contains infrequent strong language and footage of motor racing crashes.
