Synopsis

The Na'vi are a race of aliens under threat because a human corporation backed by their own private army are after a mineral which is only found in the Na'vi's home moon. Then Jake, an ex-marine, who enters the Na'vi's world as the controller of a part-human, part-Na'vi avatar, becomes a crucial ally in their fight to survive. Director James Cameron's mega-budget sci-fi adventure uses groundbreaking visuals to create an immersive experience that will make you feel like you're flying! The Na'vi language, created specifically for this film, comes with English subtitles.

What our educators say

"Some of them saw a clip from Wakolda (The German Doctor) on TV recently and really wanted to watch it. So I thought I’d take a chance, not expecting them to watch the whole film but the majority were absolutely gripped. "
