Synopsis

in this sixth instalment, teen wizard Harry discovers more about the sinister history of Lord Voldemort, a powerful wizard who went to the dark side, while Professor Dumbledore tries to destroy all Horcruxes - places where Voldemort's soul could live on for ever. It's brilliantly moody, faithfully rendered as ever and leaves you wanting more. Business as usual for the world-conquering franchise, then.

What our educators say

"It really is a chance for us to open children's minds to the power of film not just as a vehicle for entertainment but also as a way in to understanding their own world and the worlds of people whose lives are very different."

- Marlon Perkins, Teacher, Whitstable and Seasalter Endowed CofE Junior School, Kent
