Synopsis

A group of young friends are at a party in New York when what appears to be an earthquake rocks the building. But soon they are running for their lives as a monstrous creature attacks the city. Like The Blair Witch Project but on a blockbuster scale, this film's central conceit is that we are watching a found tape, the events filmed on camcorder as they unfolded. This adds to the tension as the monster is only glimpsed at first, before its true horror is fully revealed and the rampant destruction reaches delirious levels.

What our educators say

"Some of them saw a clip from Wakolda (The German Doctor) on TV recently and really wanted to watch it. So I thought I’d take a chance, not expecting them to watch the whole film but the majority were absolutely gripped. "
