National Careers Week (3-8 March 2025) is an annual celebration of careers guidance and free resources in education across the UK. Its aim is to provide a focus for careers guidance activity at an important stage in the academic calendar to help support young people to develop awareness and excitement about their future pathways.

An integral part of our careers programme, National Careers Week offers a chance for educators to get up to speed on the many varied career paths available in the screen industries, and allows young people the opportunity to discover a wealth of exciting careers and unexpected roles that they may wish to pursue. The theme for this year's National Careers Week is You Can, which emphasises that careers in the screen industry are accessible to all young people, regardless of their passions or skillsets. It also emphasises the importance of shining a light on the many varied career paths - if they can see it, they can be it.

Below, we're outlining the many various events, webinars, and training opportunities taking place for this National Careers Week, while our careers page is your one-stop home for year-round careers activity. Bookmark our careers page to keep up-to-date with the essential information and resources needed to advise on opportunities across the screen industries. Whether its classroom resources, videos from past events, or podcasts offering insight into the industry, you can find it on our dedicated careers page.
