So I really like this film. It's one of Aardman's early films, written and directed by Nick Park, A Grand Day Out would be realized to critical acclaim. A Grand Day Out, contains humor and wit and a child like imagination that I find enduring and admirable. Notably, I enjoy how Aardman is able to convey so much in just actions and body language, with the characters of Gromit and that machine that tired to kill Wallace, bet you didn't expect W&G to contain dark elements. The only real flaw I see with the film is that it is old, but "Old" isn't really that much of a flaw, just a preference. I'm old, and plenty of people are fine with it.
I am a bit interested in Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl, but I note the total disappointment that was The Dawn of the Nugget.
