A grand day out is the first of six Wallace and Gromit films by Aardman. I saw the short film on iPlayer and it’s just 22 minutes so here is my review and why you should watch it.
The film is about Wallace and Gromit going to the moon because it’s made of cheese, and they also stumble upon something but I’m not going to spoil it.
Overall, the film is pretty good for a starter film and I very much liked it. Fun fact: Nick park (the film’s director), made this film as a thesis film at the national film school, but Aardman hired him and finished the film at the studio.
It’s music gives me a very British feel and that made me feel relaxed and happy.
I give this film a 4/5 stars and I recommend watching this film at the club.
