Marc Forster directs this emotion sequel to Winnie the Pooh, prepare to wonder at friendship as this films manages to make everyone cry.

Christopher Robin, now a family man living in London, receives a surprise visit from his old childhood pal, Winnie the Pooh. With Christopher's help, Pooh embarks on a journey to find his friends, Tigger, Eeyore, Owl, Piglet, Rabbit, Kanga and Roo. Once reunited, the lovable bear and the gang travel to the big city to help Christopher rediscover the joy of life.

I did feel this film leads on well from Winnie the Pooh, however the new style of SGI used in modern Disney movies adds to the emotion as it shows the age of the toys and the age of the previous film.

The actors in this film perfectly execute the emotional nostalgia of the film and create the perfect sadness I got when watching the film.

I loved this film and would recommend it to anyone who loves films like the Pete’s dragon or other new era Disney films. It’s a timeless classic that I’m sure will live through many more generations.
