Zero Dark Thirty is an amazing drama about the tracking down and assasination of Osama Bin Laden. The film tackles the issue amazingly and is one of the best films I have seen that is based on real life events. The film starts off with a young CIA officer called Maya being re-assigned to the US embassy in Pakistan. The beginning of the film is mostly torturing al-Qaeda members to get information about Bin Laden, however when this is outlawed by President Obama they have to revert to befriending members of al-Qaeda to get information. This backfires however when they let a contact called Abu Ahmed into Camp Chapman for an interview and he detonates a suicide bomb resulting in the death of Maya's best friend Jessica. Maya then makes it her personal mission to kill Bin Laden and her storythat folows is very moving. Overall this film is amazing and i would recomend it to anyone.
