Adapted from Klaus Baumgart's book, this is a magical, heart-warming animation for younger children. Seven-year-old Laura is astonished to see a shooting star land next to her house. Keen to investigate, she soon discovers it is alive and takes it back home. With the power to make people fly, the star provides Laura with some spectacular entertainment. However, after realising that the star becomes weaker the longer it stays on Earth, Laura decides to try to return it to space.
