Synopsis

A brilliantly ridiculous comedy about the fashion business, with the biggest laughs coming from director and star Ben Stiller's portrayal of Derek Zoolander (the world's most successful and stupid male model). With the world's narrowest range of facial expressions before the camera, poor Derek has to be one of the most hilarious heroes of recent film history. "Is there more to life than being really, really good looking?" he asks, as if seeking the secret to total wisdom, before being swept off into more joyous screwball comedy. All in all, a film with the power to put anyone off posing for life.

What our educators say

"We are currently screening The Wizard of Oz, profound film that it is, and the last film Wall-E. It's been rewarding observing the KS1 6 year olds run the gamut of emotions from wonder to sadness to joy. "
