He's better known for comedies like Happy Gilmore and The Wedding Singer, but here funnyman Adam Sandler tries his hand at a more serious role - and succeeds triumphantly. He plays Barry Egan - a lonely salesman who has problems with anger and relationships, partly due to the constant harassment of his seven meddling sisters. When he meets the equally strange Lena it leads to an off-beat romantic comedy about a pair of oddballs who might just be able to find happiness together - if the stress and strangeness of life doesn't get in the way.
This film has a few uses of strong bad language and sex references.
