Oona is a young Atlantic puffin who lives on Puffin Rock with her family and big group of animal friends. As well as her adorable little brother Baba, Mossy the shrew, May the rabbit and Silky the seal, amongst many others, all live on the paradise island. When a group of puffins arrives after their home is destroyed by a storm, Oona seeks to make friends with one of the new arrivals, the tufted puffin Isabelle, but things are soon disrupted when the last egg of the season goes missing. With a ferocious storm closing in and the puffins fearing for their safety, will they be able to get the egg back in time? This gentle but beautifully animated film for younger audiences lightly touches upon environmental themes, friendship and the importance of being honest.
