Raised and home schooled by their parents, the six Angulo brothers live in very close quarters in the family’s small New York apartment. With virtually no access to the outside world bar the very occasional strictly supervised trip, their only vision of life beyond the apartment walls is gleaned from the movies they watch together. To deal with their captive state, the brothers form an ensemble cast and re-enact scenes from their favourite films using homemade props. A documentary that gives privileged access to lives led in seclusion, shining a light on the extraordinary creativity and resilience of ‘The Wolfpack’.
Funny and inventive film about a couple of video store clerks who decide to remake some classic films.
