This powerful, inspiring documentary made by an international charity focuses on a group of determined young women who live in rural Zambia. Despite coming from backgrounds of extreme poverty, they defy the odds to become financially independent and establish their own successful businesses - from a furniture store to a pre-school for vulnerable kids. Among the group are Florence, Esnart, Ng'andwe and Precious, who are followed as they undergo five months of intensive enterprise and leadership training. Struggling against hardships common to many growing up in Africa - such as having lost their parents - they become their communities’ youngest entrepreneurs.
