Two brothers, Lucas and Dane, discover a trap door in the basement of their new house, find a key to undo the padlock and discover that it is a bottomless pit full of unknown terrors. The cute girl next door is equally anxious to discover what may lurk in the hole, though they all know that curiosity killed the cat. The Hole is slightly let down by its lack of originality, but the script is sharp enough to keep the action interesting and the scares coming. Expect to jump several times!
