Tyler is a kid who likes to cause trouble. Stealing a car? Just a way to pass an afternoon. As part of his community service, he is sent to work at a performing arts school he has vandalised. There he meets Nora, a serious young dancer. When Nora needs a new dance partner in a hurry, Tyler with his street moves, is ready to step up, but is she willing to work with an untrained boy from a tough background?
