Job Description

The Training Coordinator is a member of the Into Film Learning Content Creation team; the team is responsible for the devising, commissioning and delivery of high quality film focused learning opportunities and resources for use in both formal and informal learning settings, including face-to-face and online via webinars and our on demand learning platform. The Training Team sits within this team, and is responsible for Into Film's CPD (continuing professional development) across the UK.

The main function of the Training Coordinator is to plan, create, deliver and evaluate film-focused materials for our core areas of learning: teaching with film, careers and extracurricular filmmaking. Along with the rest of the team, they also act in an advisory capacity across the organisation on curriculum and pedagogical matters.

Curation Officer (1 year maternity cover)

Job Description

The main function of the curation officer is to support the curation and wider team's administrative and curatorial needs. The officer manages enquiries and runs team project management and evaluation systems whilst also contributing meaningfully to the production of curation content and associated educational resources, in line with Into Film's Programming Policy across Into Film's BFI-funded programme strands (Teaching With Film, Careers and Progression, and Young Creatives) plus additionally funded work and projects as they arise.

Job Description

The main function of the Careers Coordinator (Work Experience) role is to develop, support and deliver Into Film's Screen Careers Work Experience programmes. Screen Careers covers film, TV, animation, VFX and games. The postholder will work closely with the Careers Lead, Industry Partnerships Lead and other members of Into Film staff who conceive, create and deliver our Screen Careers Programme.

The Careers Coordinator will primarily manage work experience programmes across the four nations of the UK (outside of the ScreenWorks programme in Northern Ireland) but will also support the careers team with various other deliverables across the programme including but not limited to events with young people, development of resources and training for careers professionals, supporting development of ‘direct to young people' content, and exhibiting at careers conferences UK-wide. The role will have a focus on reaching those young people who are underserved and under-represented.
